The designer Andrés Reisinger creates his virtual house in collaboration with the architect Alba de la Fuente

Dreamlike, soothing colors, transparency are the important thing words of the “Winter home” challenge: an idea specifically designed for the metaverse. The 2 artists needed to build a haven of peace and tranquility by making the home emerge in a winter setting. The building is supported by a large concrete structure rising from the ground. The glass partitions invite mild to penetrate the area, and nature itself turns into an integral part of the “Winter home.” The overall environment is impressed by totally different architectural actions, akin to that of Dieter Rams in the early 1960s. Andrés Reisinger and Alba de la Fuente needed to convey what the winter season may appear to be within the metaverse: powdery snow, crackling hearth in the hearth. Clearly, these parallel universes haven't finished shocking us.
