The future is usually unpredictable… What if the yacht of tomorrow was in the air? A businessman dwelling in Germany and Italian designer Pierpaolo Lazzarini need to mix the DNA of an airship and a luxury boat to take advantage of distinctive personal transportation of all time. Outfitted with solar panels and eight counter-rotating electrical motors powered by ultra-light batteries, this almost 500-foot-long yacht can cross sky and sea for greater than two days at a time, without the slightest CO2 emission. In addition to being environmentally pleasant, this Air Yacht can be built totally of carbon fiber and have a 360-degree panoramic view. It is going to take our breath away. The challenge is, for the second, solely an idea whose objective is to develop sustainable air transport. But the Air Yacht is properly and really beneath research. The primary scale prototype can be out there by the top of 2022.
