The refined dishes of 25 renowned chefs – from the good starred names to the rising young guard – discover a setting to go well with them in residences opening their doors solely to Cookoon members for private meals. Welcomed by the maître d’hôtel, then by the chef, the visitors then taste the pleasure of French service. The menus, with food and wine pairings, are chosen prematurely in an eco-responsible strategy. Made-to-measure. The forty or so places provided differ in environment, from an architect’s loft in a former printing store to the stone vaults and woodwork of a triplex close to the previous Cour des Miracles, and a barge with a refined Danish-style décor… An invite to travel, which is meant to be obtainable worldwide.
