Piero Fornasetti was a famend Italian painter and designer. His inventive manufacturing is reinterpreted right now by his son Barnaba and brings the painter’s inventive creativeness to life in each shop. Within the 1950s and 60s, Fornasetti’s favorite motif was the face of a polymorphous, placid lady on the objects he painted. His eyes are impressed by an early 20th-century singer, Lina Cavalieri, who also gained over the artist Giovanni Boldini. The brand new 70 m2 London store is subsequently imbued with this. It was designed by the Brinkworth architectural studio. The place highlights the brand’s whimsical spirit of enjoying with illusion and abundance. The warmly-colored flagship features custom-made wall cabinets containing dozens of compartments to deal with the distinctive artworks of artist Fornasetti. The emerald colours of the shop contrast with the ash-wood cabinets and terrazzo flooring. He has adopted Malaparte‘s motto: “The necessary factor is not to know how one can create, invent, write, but to know tips on how to deduce, that's to say, to know tips on how to derive from one thing, from anything, a mess of others… Principally, there isn't any invention, there's solely deduction. An unusual and colorful place that speaks for itself.
