Put in in September in Saint-Germain-des-prés, Signé is a real eye-catcher in the midst of the overcrowded store home windows of the vintage district. Its discreet façade reveals a scenography that catches the attention. Founded by Maxime Bouzidi, Signé is a new type of design gallery which, by its discretion, puts ahead a gifted era of architects and designers and supports their creations via publishing. The first designer to be revealed, Emmanuel Outy, has created a set that may shake issues up. Rounded seats in brick and Klein blue, a espresso desk with shocking marble that dialogues with a totemic-looking suspension by the duo Marie et Alexandre, and a surrealist portray by Antoine Carbonne. This limited-edition furnishings shall be enriched with new pieces over time, and new designers will quickly be a part of the journey. To be continued.
