In the south of Sweden, here's a place out of the peculiar… and out of time! Stedsans is the playground of two Danish cooks, Mette Helbæk and Flemming Schiøtt Hansen, who used to run a restaurant of the same identify in Copenhagen, within the heart of the ØsterGro district. New life, new setting: it is now in the midst of seven hectares of forest, on the shores of Lake Halla, that the couple invites their visitors to reconnect with nature, for dinner and an evening in their camp. Virtually all of the elements are local, the crops being harvested or picked in their very own gardens or within the surrounding forest.&
