Missions:& Your Position…
Promoting the institutional repository ORBi!u and contribute to its improvement
To elucidate and promote Open Entry ideas to researchers and analysis help employees and inform about coverage mandates and their compliance (e.g. FNR, Horizon Europe)
To participate within the institutional repository (ORBi!u) helpdesk, answering questions from customers and offering coaching periods on how one can use the device
To take part in the launch of a serious upgrade of ORBi!u, coordinating the communication marketing campaign and make sure the transition to the brand new version goes as easily as attainable for the customers
Supporting researchers in Research Knowledge Management
To offer up-to-date experience of greatest practices in Research Knowledge Administration and supply assist to researchers and organise train-the-trainer periods for analysis help employees
To evaluate and touch upon Knowledge Administration Plans using the DMPonline platform
Selling Open Science and Responsible analysis practices
To actively interact with school, college students and employees to be able to develop robust working relationships and to hunt opportunities for collaboration

To conduct training periods related to scientific publication for scholar, doctoral college students and researchers
Profil recherché:& What we anticipate from you…
Master degree in Info/Documentation Science or equal degree preferably with an experience in a library
Wonderful information of the scientific publishing world and on developments in Open Access insurance policies
Wonderful information of RDM and DMPs
Information of the analysis setting in Luxembourg is an asset
Expertise as a trainer, ideally within the area of scholarly communication
Wonderful communication and interpersonal expertise
Potential to prioritise tasks, good organisational expertise and a spotlight to particulars
Staff spirit, curiosity, dynamism and sense of initiative
Fluent in English, good degree in French and/or German (spoken & written), Luxembourgish can be an asset
