BODIES AND CONCRETE, THE CONTRASTING UNIVERSE OF ALEXANDRE LE MOUROUX

The organic and the architectural. Two universes that seem to oppose each other, however which meet in the eye of this native of Orleans. It was throughout night courses on the Beaux-Arts, at a very young age, that Alexandre Le Mouroux discovered the inventive nude. It is just later, armed together with his digital camera, that the one who, until now, shot together with his cellphone, will unite his body curves to the inflexible profiles of the town and the concrete. Silhouettes that, by way of the play of black and white, the nuances of contrasts, via falsely minimalist settings, appear to answer each other, to finally converse the identical language.
