Nestled at 53 Avenue Montaigne, Paris, is among the boutiques of the well-known style home CELINE, conceived by its inventive director Hedi Slimane.
The stark area displays clean strains contrasted by geometric decorative objects. The spiral staircase divides the flagship into two floors and echoes the silver, twisted sculptures on show. The picket lamps are beveled, mirroring the colour of the benches. The pillars are coated in mirrors, reflecting the room’s magnificence, in addition to the waxed concrete flooring. The area was designed in charcoal grey, white, and black, contrasting with the wooden and camel furniture. The work are by Shawn Kuruneru. It is impressed by traditional Chinese calligraphy and Western comics, in good symbiosis with the designer’s minimalist collections.
