Within the Yunnan province, within the art city of Dongfengyun, stands a lodge that is directly austere, easy, and authentic. While the constructing, which covers almost 40,000 square meters, could seem to bear the marks of time, it's actually the work of Chinese language artist Luo Xu and inside design agency Cheng Chung Design. Operated by the boutique lodge brand Mgallery, this superb website invitations you to a restorative religious retreat. Composed of a collection of curved domes product of regionally baked purple bricks, it appears to undulate with the panorama. A delicate mixture of luxurious and simplicity, this lodge has found the right stability between modern architecture and respect for native culture.
